Our signature matcha is a thoughtfully balanced blend of Saemidori and Okumidori, two celebrated cultivars known for their vibrant colour, gentle sweetness, and smooth, clean finish. Grown in the volcanic region of Kirishima, Kagoshima, this matcha benefits from nutrient-rich soil and pristine mountain air — an ideal environment for producing exceptional tea.
Shade-grown and harvested during the first flush, the leaves are carefully stone-milled to preserve their natural sweetness and depth. The result is an organic matcha that’s bright, soft, and full-bodied, with a flavour profile designed to shine in both water and milk.
